This brand, dedicated to black and mixed-race skin, was struggling to find its audience both in the press and on social media: not only does this type of cosmetics have a smaller target audience, but it suffers from negative preconceptions due to the poor-quality skin lightening treatments found on the internet, which can cause irreversible damage to the skin. We needed to help it break through!

Take the audience beyond any prejudice to demonstrate the quality of the products, research and expertise involved in the specificities of these skin types. Our recommendation for the brand: build its reputation on social networks and bring together a loyal community receptive to pro advice.
- The concept

We created all the content (defining messages, creating editorial policy, shoots, reels, etc.) on the three networks to manage the community and deliver the crucial and ultra-positive messages (safe products, formulas tailored to black and mixed-race skin). Targeted audience campaigns were also run in France and in the African countries where the brand is distributed.

• On Facebook: building a community of 600 followers in 2016 up to over 100,000 in 2022. Highly engaged and active community. • On Instagram: account set up in 2018 + contacts established with particularly relevant influencers for the brand. 2022: 14k followers. • On TikTok: account set up in 2022 + contacts established with particularly relevant influencers for the brand.
